Take it on a phone
Even light, a white wall, and visible ears make the biggest difference.
Light
Face a window or an even light. Avoid yellow indoor lamps and shadows on the background.
Angle
Hold the phone at eye level, straight on. Keep your head level and shoulders square.
Framing
Fit your head inside the guide, keep ears visible, and include your shoulders. ExactPass crops to 33×48 mm.
Print at home or a pharmacy
A 4×6 inch print fits six 33×48 mm photos.
Download the print sheet, print at 100% scale on 4×6 photo paper, and cut along the photo edges. Do not use “fit to page”, which changes the physical size.
