Is my photo guaranteed to be accepted?
No. ExactPass is not a government agency. Final acceptance is decided by the passport, visa, or USCIS office. We check the published rules but cannot guarantee acceptance.
Does the app store my photos?
Photos are processed on our US servers and retained only as needed to deliver your order. You can request deletion at any time via "Delete my data."
Can I use it for a baby?
Yes. The camera overlay and AI checks work for infants, including the eyes-open and single-face rules.
How do I get my photo printed?
Export the 4×6 sheet and print at any pharmacy for about $0.30–$0.50. See the print guide.
